Administrators, Collaborators and Group Owners can record Minutes. 


1. Go to the Meeting Page


2. Make sure you have an Agenda built for the meeting


3. Select “Take Minutes”



4. Enter text into the text field


5. Indicate whether the item is a Note, Decision, or Task in the dropdown


6. Select "Save" 

7. After you have entered in all of your minutes select "Save"

  • After you have published minutes you can edit. The Minutes will be updated in Boardable and you can resend the Meeting Summary with the changes.


8. Send Meeting Summary

After you have published your Minutes you will have the option to send out a Meeting Summary. 

  • On the right hand panel select "Meeting Summary"

  • Customize the meeting summary

    • Cover Page

    • Attendance

    • Tasks

    • Agenda

    • Minutes

      • After you select what to include in your meeting summary select open to view the summary. 

  • To send to your meeting invitees fill out the email subject along with a message


9. Create a Follow Up Meeting

Meeting with the same group of people next month? Create a follow up meeting in Boardable. Boardable will copy over the agenda, invitees and information from the previous meeting to review. 

  • Go to the Meeting Page and select “Create Follow Up Meeting”

  • Select whether you want to copy over the agenda from the previous meeting

  • Pick a new date and time and Save

  • The Follow Up Meeting will display the Tasks, Minutes and Agenda from the previous meeting for attendees to review
