You can assign Collaborator status to users that have both Member and Observer roles for a meeting. A Collaborator will be notified via email that they have been made a collaborator for an upcoming meeting. If you would like them to be a Collaborator on multiple meetings you will need to grant it each time.

Here’s what a Collaborator can do within the meeting:

  • Build Agenda

    • Edit Agenda

  • Add Poll

  • Send Message to Meeting Members

  • Add Supplemental Documents

  • Add Tasks

  • Update RSVP’s

  • Take Attendance

  • Take Minutes

    • Edit Minutes

  • Send Meeting Summary

Meeting items that cannot be changed by a collaborator:

  • Meeting Date

  • Location

  • Description

  • Update People in Meeting

  • Create Follow Up Meeting

*If you need a Member or an Observer to be able to perform these actions consider making them a Group Owner.
