Boardable users who are assigned as Administrators, Members, or Group Owners can send messages to meeting members. A meeting message can include the meeting date and time, as well as a copy of the agenda as a PDF.


1. Open an existing (published) meeting and select "Send Message to Meeting Members."



 2. Enter a message, and select "Include meeting info" and/or "Attach agenda as PDF." You can also select whether to send the message to all invited members or only those who have not yet RSVP'd. When you are ready, click "Send."



Note: The message screen will display at the bottom who will receive the email notification.
