The meeting creator can grant collaborator status to any user role (Administrators automatically have these permissions for every meeting). 


Member (User role) + Collaborator can do the following things within a meeting:

  • Build Agenda

    • Edit Agenda

  • Add Poll

  • Send Message to Meeting Members

  • Add Supplemental Documents

  • Add Tasks

  • Update RSVP’s

  • Take Attendance

  • Take Minutes

    • Edit Minutes

  • Send Meeting Summary


Meeting items that cannot be changed by a Collaborator: 

  • Meeting Date

  • Location

  • Description

  • Meeting invitees

  • Create Follow Up Meeting

*If you need a Member or an Observer to be able to perform these actions consider making them a Group Owner.
