Administrators, Collaborators, and Group Owners can create and edit agendas. 


1. Create or select an upcoming meeting


2. Select "Build Agenda" 


3. Select "Start with a Template" or enter in your items to create an agenda from scratch


4. Click on an agenda item to add the following details 

  • Agenda Item Name
  • Person Responsible
  • Duration
  • Description
  • Documents


5. View your agenda as a landing page by clicking on "Open Agenda" on the meeting page. This option allows your board members to print and take personal notes.


6. View your agenda as a PDF by clicking "Open as PDF"


7. Send your agenda to your invitees by selecting "Send Message to Meeting Members"


You can choose to include meeting information, attach the agenda and add a personal message. 


8. To edit the agenda, go back to the Meetings page, and on the right side select "Edit Agenda."
