Users can make personal notes on Agenda Items. No one else will be able to see these notes. You can review them at any time by going back to that meeting agenda.


1. To begin, open the meeting and click "Open Agenda."




2. The agenda will open in a separate window. When you click on any agenda item, a yellow text box will open to the right under "My Notes."


3. You can create as many notes as you want for each agenda item. You will see a number next to the agenda item indicating how many notes are associated with it.


4. Personal notes do not show in the downloaded agenda or minutes. However, any time you access the "Open Agenda" from the meeting details, your notes will be visible.
