Users can create hyperlinks in discussion threads, comments and meeting descriptions. They are very helpful for sharing websites without cluttering your text with a long, messy link.

Currently you can NOT create a hyperlink in the location box. It is on our product roadmap to allow this functionality soon.

Let's begin!

1. Let's use a hyperlink in a meeting comment as an example. We are going to link "St. Elmo's Steakhouse" to the website for the restaurant.

2. Highlight "St. Elmo's Steakhouse" and click the chain symbol (hyperlink) on the right side of the numbered list button in the toolbar.

3. As in the photo above, enter the website you want to link the text to. Click "Ok."

4. Your text is now hyperlinked. Good job! Anyone who clicks on "St. Elmo's Steakhouse" will be taken to the restaurant website.
