Boardable does integrate with OneDrive, Dropbox, and Google drive, but only through the Meeting Center and the Discussion and Polls areas. The Document Center is used only for storage of "fixed" documents—PDFs, Word Documents, image files, etc.

Early on, Boardable had OneDrive, Dropbox, and Google Drive as part of the Document Center. Ideally, we would have loved to have kept it this way, but we began running into some issues.

Sometimes users would add documents via Dropbox and did not always set the permissions to let others access those files. So even though it looked like the document was accessible in the Document Center, it really wasn't. And we can't control Dropbox's permissions. This only compounds over time, as more shared files are added to the Document Center, and as those users role off the board or organization, permissions get trickier.

In the end we came to the decision that the best practice would be to have the Document Center used only for storage of "fixed" documents—PDFs, Word Documents, etc—and that we would keep the document storage platform integration within the meetings since they were more transitory and collaborative in nature. Once a period of collaboration is over, the files can be exported from these platforms and uploaded to the Document Center for permanent storage. This guarantees that no one can be locked out of a document they should rightfully have access to.

Here is how to access these integrations for document uploads and attachments within Boardable’s Meeting Center and the Discussion and Polls sections.
