All documents that are uploaded to Boardable are encrypted on Amazon servers. We use Amazon webservers for hosting the product - security info at https://aws.amazon.com/security/.
We then have additional security for documents, such as folder restrictions to user groups and tiered levels of access.
- Observer do not have access to the Document Center
- Members can view documents in opened and locked folders that they are granted access too
- Admin can view all documents and assign permission to folders
