Take comfort in knowing that your personal information is secure, and that Boardable will never share your data with any third parties. Boardable employs best practices for securing all user information, data, and documents. This includes the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certification and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Administrators can see all documents that have been added to Boardable. Members can see all documents unless the documents have been stored in a limited access folder that they do not have access to.
Limited access folder have the 'lock' symbol on the right of the Modified date.
To lock a folder, an Administrator or Group Owner will first select the folder and click 'edit folder' on the right side as seen below:
Next, go to Visibility and choose who has access to the folder. Keep in mind more than one Group and be selected:
Lastly, if 'Limiting' access you will be prompted to choose which Group(s) will have access.
