All user roles except for Observers can create meetings unless that observer has been made a group owner.
The scheduler can be found on the meetings page. This feature allows you to select multiple dates for your committee/group or individuals to select availability for. After users have submitted their responses you can opt in to receive an email with the results and then set the date.
To use the meeting scheduling tool, first open a meeting OR create a new meeting. Then select 'Use the Scheduler' :
Next, add the dates you would like the meeting members to choose from :
To notify people to select their availability, you will need to either select Publish Calendar Only or Publish Full Meeting. Meeting members will then be prompted via email, on the dashboard or in meetings to select which dates work for them.
To view the meeting members availability, go to the right hand side list and select ''View Scheduler Responses."
Profile pictures will appear next to the date users checked availability for. Here you can select the date for members to RSVP to and SAVE.
After the date is set the meeting will act as a traditional meeting in Boardable. All meeting invitees will now be able to RSVP, add comments and view documents if the meeting has been fully published.
