Only Administrators can add users or send welcome invitations. There are a couple different options on how to send welcome emails. 


Option 1: To manually re-send a welcome email, go to the People Directory and check the boxes of the users you would like to send an invitation to. On the right side, select "send invitations." See example below:




Option 2: Above the search tool bar, Administrators can see how many invitations were not accepted. To mass send an invite, select "re-send." See example below: 





When initiating sending a welcome invitation the following screen will appear, you can edit the text if you would like:




If a user is having difficulties receiving emails from Boardable you can send them a personal invitation link in an email or reach out to support@boardable.com to learn how to whitelist the email address.

**Note Administrators cannot change the name, login email or password for a user.
