Administrators:

  • Limit permissions to folders in the Document Center
    • Administrators can view all documents in the document center regardless of limited access

Members: 

  • Open group pages that they have been invited to
  • See who is assigned to what group
  • View People Directory
  • Schedule Meetings
  • Can be made a Collaborator on meetings
    • Collaborators can publish meetings, add polls, build an agenda, and take minutes with the Minutes Maker.
  • Can be assigned as a group owner
    • Group owners can add/remove existing members to the group
  • Create Polls
  • Create Discussions
  • View Documents in folders they have access to in Document Center


Observers:

  • RSVP to meetings they are invited to
  • See who is assigned to what group
  • Respond to discussions or polls they are added to
  • View People Directory
  • Can be made a Collaborator on meetings
    • Collaborators can publish meetings, add polls, build an agenda, and take minutes with the Minutes Maker.
  • Observers do not have access to the Document Center
  • View Groups they have been invited to


In the People Directory members can see what user permission individuals have. 'A' is for Administrator, 'O' is for Observer and no symbol means they are a Member.
