Administrators are the only users that can cancel a Boardable account. Free Trials will not have the option to 'Cancel' because the account will close after the trial date is over.
To cancel, you can reach out to support@boardable.com or do the following:
- Go to the tab 'Subscription.'
- Select 'Cancel' and confirm deleting the account by inserting your password.
