The Account Owner of the Boardable account will receive an email notification when a new user hast logged in for the first time. 

Administrators can also track the invitation status and last activity in the People Directory. 

If a user is not logging in, be sure to ask them to check their spam or junk folder. 

Here are a couple options for users that are not logging in or receiving Boardable notifications: 

Option 1: Administrators can go to the People Directory and copy a personal login link for the user to click and log right into the account. First check mark the box next the the users name, then on the right side select "copy invitation link." Lastly, copy to the URL and share this to the user personally.

Option 2: Ask the user to whitelist the following addresses: and the IP is
